EXHIBITION PHOTOS!

Finally the sun shined and the exhibition was up and running at Redwater market last sat 21st April. Cheers to a wonderful group of helpers who made set up and pull down a breeze. We had a wonderful day in the park meeting the locals and chatting about the project and hearing people's stories. 

The chalkboards worked well and some of the younger residents had fun making their mark. 

A huge thanks to Gus for the photos!

All in all a fantastic day full of community spirit and fun!

the above is a card from Nicholas Shehadie, who in his youth lived at number 88. He has numerous credits to his name, being the Mayor of Sydney in the 70's and being a consummate sportsman as well as being the husband of Marie Bashir who is the governor general of NSW.
